Account types and limits
Pelion Device Management offers four account types:

Commercial tier: Has access to all Device Management services with the exception of creating tenants. A commercial account always requires a business agreement with Arm and is created by Arm. It can be upgraded from a free account.

Aggregator: A commercial account that can manage several tenant accounts (see below) as a business provider. You may want to act as an aggregator if you integrate Device Management with your cloud service, and give your customer direct access only to your service (rather than directly to Device Management).

Tenant: A commercial account owned by an aggregator, but managed as an individual account. A tenant cannot exist without linkage to an aggregator account and has access to the same or fewer services than the aggregator. Tenants may also have business-model related limitations.
